Care that meets you where you are.

If you’re in Ontario, Canada, I’d be honoured to be part of your healthcare team. I offer both in-office and virtual appointments through Oona Toronto, so care can fit into your life with ease.

How it Works

Initial Naturopathic Visit & Follow-Up Visits

During your first appointment, we’ll take time to understand your concerns and your full health picture. This includes reviewing your reproductive and medical history, current symptoms, medications and supplements, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and any recent lab results. When appropriate, a physical exam may also be performed.

Together, this information helps guide the development of a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan.

Follow-up appointments are used to review progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any questions or challenges that arise along the way. Acupuncture may be included in follow-up care when appropriate, such as ongoing pregnancy support, fertility treatment (IVF or IUI), or labour preparation.

The number and frequency of visits are individualized and based on your goals, needs, and how your body responds.

Initial Acupuncture Visit & Follow-Up Visits

Acupuncture visits are billed using my naturopathic license.

Acupuncture visits are available to both new and existing clients. During your initial appointment, we’ll take time to review your concerns, such as fertility and reproductive health, pregnancy-related symptoms, or fetal positioning. We’ll use this information to determine whether acupuncture is an appropriate support for you.

This visit includes a 30-minute acupuncture treatment and, when appropriate, a personalized treatment plan. Sterile, single-use acupuncture needles are placed thoughtfully and specifically based on your symptoms and overall presentation.

Initial acupuncture visits may include:

  • Fertility acupuncture, supporting natural cycles, IUI, or IVF

  • Pregnancy acupuncture, for concerns such as nausea and vomiting, headaches, insomnia, muscle pain, or tension

  • Acupuncture for labour preparation, typically beginning around 36–37 weeks

  • Acupuncture and moxibustion for fetal malposition, such as breech or transverse presentation

Follow-up visits are individualized and may be recommended based on your menstrual cycle, fertility treatment timeline (IUI or IVF), or stage of pregnancy.
